Grape vodka “Kizlyarka” is an original product that has no analogues in its segment. The history of its origin dates back to 1657. Recipe for vodka from grape spirit was brought to Russia by the French, who were assimilated in the town of Kizlyar, which made the vodka known as Kizlyarka. According to the testimony of the famous writer Alexander Dumas (father), who visited Kizlyar in 1858, the Kizlyarka grape vodka was very similar to French vodka and was distinguished by high taste qualities. Kizlyarka is also mentioned in the novella “Lefty,” written by Russian writer and publicist Nikolai Lesnikov (the penultimate paragraph of the first chapter). Vodka has a golden straw color. The taste is delicate, noble with light floral and vanilla notes. The drink is suitable for use in its pure form, and for mating with other drinks.
