The winner of the intercontinental championship belt according to the WMC (World Muaythai Council), Magomed Zainukov, was honored today, on January 17 at the world famous Kizlyar Brandy Factory.
Evgeny Druzhinin, General Director of Kizlyar Brandy Factory, personally met with the most titled tayboxer in the world. Recall that for the title fight, Zaynukov was preparing along with GLORY world champion Jason Wilnis under the mentorship of coach Ibrahim Hidirov. The fight took place on December 22 as part of a large-scale project on professional Thai boxing (Muaythai) - “Muaythai Factory” in Perm in the universal palace of sports “Molot”. Magomed in a difficult duel with the famous fighter, the Thai Fight version champion Kard Chuek, WMC S-1, WKN, the Muaythai superstar Sudsakorny Som Klinmi won a brilliant victory.
The official ceremony was held in the tasting room of the factory with the participation of the head of the local branch of the Young Guard, Zubair Omarov.
“I am glad to meet with a famous athlete in our factory. Such titled athletes as Magomed Zainukov are the pride of not only the city of Kizlyar, the Republic of Dagestan, but also of all of Russia. We could not but meet, not talk with Magomed, who had glorified Kizlyar for the whole world. The factory has a good tradition of honoring famous athletes, cultural figures and scientists, participating in their lives and supporting them. This is the most important thing for us today”, - Evgeny Druzhinin assured.
Druzhinin thanked the athlete for his high achievements and wished him continued success. Druzhinin expressed his wishes for the honored coach of Russia Ibrahim Khidirov.
In the final of the ceremony, Magomed Zainukov received a gratitude, a gift and a cash prize from Evgeny Druzhinin. Handing the author's knife from a limited edition, the director of the factory noted that it was made by Kizlyar masters with the logo of the factory. At the end of the official part, all those gathered took part in an improvised photo shoot for memory.
Presents were given to Kizlyar journalists who attended the meeting.
